Jersey in spring is a pure delight.

The more time I spend on Jersey the more I grow to love it. We arrived back at the boat Friday to sail around the islands for a couple of weeks but a squally forecast delayed things - sure enough we got 50 mph winds so decided to let the seas settle for a day or so. Today we have clear blues skies and gentle breeze so walked to St Brelade which we have sailed past many times but never visited. Oh my what a place! It has the most beautiful Church, endless sandy beach, lots of cafes and restaurants and shaded woodland walks. Looking forward to sailing but oh so glad we found this place.
