DAY 6 – 16th January 2025 – Kayaking

For breakfast I had my delicious Nutella pancakes again, Alan then took us to the ranger's office where we got a colourful badge and became Park Rangers. We got an activity book that we had to complete to get our badges. We then blew up the kayak and headed out kayaking. First we had to maneuver and duck our heads under a bridge and through mangroves, When we finally broke through, there were waves, Big waves! We eventually made it back safe to the boat, Mummy was very happy to see us alive. Mommy and Daddy then went kayaking, Mummy wasn't a good driver and Daddy was getting stressed. For lunch, we shared 13 sandwiches, each one was delicious. We went to the beach and we saw a Stingray and hermit crabs, the showers were freezing at the beach and Daddy threw a whole bucket over us to get the sand off. Before dinner, we headed off fishing. We eventually caught a little yellow fish that we think was called a lane snapper, but it was too small so daddy threw it back in. Daddy was so proud of me and the boys for catching our first fish, Daddy hadn't fished in a very long time. We then headed back for another Alan BBQ. Before bed, we head off to the bridge to see if we could see the sunset. We found a massive hermit crab on the way home.
