THE OCEANS OF OUR EARTH

This poem was inspired from my experiences of sailing, snorkeling and swimming with the wildlife during my holiday to Florida,

The oceans of our Earth are full of precious lives.

Small fish, big fish and even birds that dive!

You'll never guess the creatures that live upon the reef,

So many species, colors and sizes, it's beyond belief.

The oceans of our Earth are important to keep clean,

Our rubbish should go in the bin and not be seen.

Turtles caught in plastic, sharks in a net,

Work on cleaning our oceans is not done or over yet.

The oceans of our Earth are here forevermore,

For many years to come, we can still explore.

Let's do our job and protect the sea,

So, it's there forever for you and me.
